After earning my Master’s Degree in Counseling, I enjoyed a career as a consultant, executive coach, managing director, member of the Executive Team and founder of the Executive Coaching and Leadership Development practice for the global career and talent development company, Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH).
Since retiring from LHH, I founded the Third Stage of Life Consulting where I work with individuals preparing to enter or who have already entered the third stage of their lives.
As an expert coach for people ages 50-plus, I help you make the transition from working full-time for others to exploring your purpose and identity in the next stage of your life.
It’s my goal to help clients determine what will be the most meaningful and satisfying use of their time through a process that is both holistic and realistic.
In my book, Every Night’s Friday Night: Time and Freedom For the Rest of Your Life I take a fresh look at a wide range of topics in a joyful and comprehensive way.
I help clients transform whatever dread of retirement and aging they might have into love for the best years of their life.
I've incorporated new approaches gleaned from years of coaching experience, like design thinking and prototyping. My approach is aligned with a paradox methodology, which I believe makes perfect sense since it helps you look at situations from opposite points of view and this expands your options and allows you to be more creative.
I’m accepting new clients interested in exploring all that the third stage of life offers. My book is designed as a companion to my coaching services.
